Order Processing
Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, new product drops, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in more than one package. If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
